The Teledyne DALSA AxlCIS™ Color 800 mm Contact Image Sensor is a high-speed, high-resolution line scan imaging module featuring 28,603 × 3 resolution, 28 µm pixel size, greater than 76 dB dynamic range, and a 60 kHz line rate. As a fully integrated CIS solution, it combines the sensor, optics, and illumination into a compact, all-in-one design that requires no alignment or calibration, making installation and operation straightforward. Its space-efficient form factor and cost-effective performance make it well suited for demanding machine vision applications such as battery inspection, print inspection, printed circuit board inspection, and continuous web inspection.
