Dalsa Z-Trak2 Laser Profiler

The Z-Trak2 series delivers high-speed, accurate 3D inspection at 5,000 profiles per second with onboard real-time processing, making it ideal for high-throughput applications such as automotive panel inspection, pallet scanning, and road surface profiling. Each system features a 1,700 mm horizontal field-of-view and uses an eye-safe blue or red laser in Class 2M or 3R, enabling precise measurement on reflective or textured surfaces while ensuring operator safety. All models support multi-sensor synchronization and content-based triggering, and include Z-Trak 3D Apps Studio, Z-Expert, and Sherlock8 for configuration, inspection development, and PLC integration.
