JAI AP-5100T-5GE Camera

The AP-5100T-5GE from JAI’s Apex series is a high-resolution industrial area-scan camera that uses a 3-CMOS RGB prism design to capture three 5.1 MP channels at up to 32 fps for exceptionally accurate, repeatable color imaging. By splitting light into true red, green, and blue images instead of interpolating color from a Bayer pattern, it achieves stronger color fidelity, sharper spatial detail, and more reliable color-based defect detection in demanding inspections. It is a strong fit for applications where fine differentiation matters, including display inspection, PCB and electronics verification (such as MLCCs and small components), and stringent quality control in food and pharmaceutical production.
