The JAI Apex AP-5100T-CXPA is a high-speed, high-resolution industrial area-scan camera built on a 3-CMOS RGB prism design, capturing independent red, green, and blue images at 5.1 MP each while reaching up to 75 fps. Because it records true RGB data rather than reconstructing color through a Bayer pattern, it delivers cleaner color separation, finer detail, and more dependable color-based detection in precision inspection environments. It’s well suited for challenging applications such as display evaluation, PCB and electronics inspection (including MLCCs and small components), and rigorous quality control in food and pharmaceutical production where accurate differentiation is essential.
