JAI AP-5100T-MCL Camera

The JAI Apex AP-5100T-MCL is a high-resolution industrial area-scan camera that uses a 3-CMOS RGB prism design to capture separate red, green, and blue images at 5.1 MP each, running up to 55 fps for fast, consistent color imaging. By producing true RGB data rather than reconstructing color from a Bayer pattern, it delivers stronger color separation, finer spatial detail, and more dependable detection when color differences are subtle. It’s a strong choice for precision inspection work such as display evaluation, PCB and electronics checks (including MLCCs and small components), and quality control in food and pharmaceutical production where accurate differentiation matters.
