Dalsa Laser Profilers for High-Resolution 3D Inspection and In-Line Measurement

Dalsa laser profilers are high-performance 3D profile sensors designed for real-time height measurement, dimensional inspection and industrial automation applications. The Z-Trak family uses laser triangulation to capture detailed 3D data from moving parts and surfaces, with models offering up to 1,536, 2,048 or 4,096 measurements per profile depending on the sensor. Options include red and blue eye-safe laser models, 1GigE, 2.5GigE and 5GigE interfaces, and high-speed acquisition capabilities for in-line inspection environments. These profilers are well suited for measuring shape, position, volume and surface variation in electric vehicle production, automotive manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor inspection, packaging, logistics, metal fabrication, lumber and factory automation.
